yeah, its the first shindig album, im guessing it will be a collection of favourites from the past, or the tunes that are big there at the moment.
i spoke to jim, one of the promoters after nunez, and he said they were trying to get some album samplers out.
im looking forward to getting it, hopefully it will be good!

I've seen Scott bout the last four times I've been, and each set has been amazing.

Sound of Shindig = Scott Bradford

not darker exactly, just a real main room sound - a pretty solid reflection of Scott's sound. will try and find the tracklist....

There's a tracklist on the Tribal messageboard (www.tribalgathering.co.uk) if that helps.

Looks a very nice CD mind, will have to purchase.

One tune on Scooby's mix, Dennis Ferrer - Reach 4 Freedom is an absolute TUNE! Heard Scooby play it @ Stereo the night Digweed was on and loved it. Looked for it ever since and aint been able to find it :(

    Quite a while ago now.

The only night that's appealed to me recently was Rob Tissera and I couldn't get the night off work for that!!!

Been travelling down to Gods and Sundis instead lately. Bigger and better venue, better line-ups, more my type of music.

Not saying Promise is bad, just it's a better night down there. Can't wait for Promise hard to start up properly so ther'll be some line-ups that appeal more to my taste.

That's a bit unfair to say...

Last time I saw him play was classics night in January and he bored me to tears. Kerry's set was bangin', everyone was up dancing. Richard came on afterwards, slowed it down to the point of stopping.

Kerry's style of music appeals to me more that Richerds, but I'd never doubt his tallent as a DJ. Just not my thing I'm afraid.

I quite like kerry when she plays the harder stuff. She played a trance set at Promise vs goodgreef and it wasn't up to scratch. She sounded like she had used someone elses records. Her set was not well structured and her mixing was off!!!!!!
Still like it when she plays hard though!!!

It's such a shame Kerry can't really play as hard as she can @ Promise. She's quality. Just think she's restricted there to a certain extent.

Fair enough everyones got there own views m8,and thats how i see it!!!!, but a bet that classics nite when rich played he had an off nite!!!, fair enough kerry's tunes were bangin that nite but Djing isnt only about the tunes u play its an all round thing!!! and tulips technical ability, beat matching etc is alot better than kerry's.......and i don't think many people would disagree!!!!!, still enjoy seeing her though!!!!!:D :D :D

Fair enough they stuck her on first at Promise vs Goodgreef but it just sounded bad!!!!!!
Shes a hardhouse dj and should stick at what she knows!!!

Kerry should've been on much later. Let the "softer" Dj's play first, toughen it up as the night progressed.

I think if they'd done that and let Kerry play her true harder style, she'd have impressed a hell of a lot of people that night. I just think Promise restricts her style too much. Some of the best sets I've heard have been Kerry's at Sunday Trading and Trashed last bank holiday monday. :)

Yeah i've heard her play harder aswell m8. Shes good but she likes the crossfader don't she!!!!!
I do agree that Promise restrict her style but what is the point in having a hardtrance/hardhouse resident in a trance club?????

Technically good DJ's aren't necessarily good. He may have the technical ability, but I don't think he plays the crowd that well. I think that's where Kerry has an advantage over him.

Same as Lisa Lashes, there are better technical DJ's than her, but few match her stage presence and showmanship. I'd go see Lashes over pretty much all other so called technically superior DJs.

    :)
