    if it makes u feel any better ruth, maybe make it a bit more bearable for you, its not "running my hands through my fro" its "running HER hands through my fro" only a minor detail i know, but it might make a nice change if u were to start saying that instead.

    ive also got that song in my head :(

    everytime i see the def jam advert with the DMX song on i have to turn it over, it gets stuck in my head to the point where i cant sleep coz its going round and round!!!!
