The victim in all this would be getting compensation, not money earned

But they didnt loose any money in the first place? so it is a financial profit.

I realise that no amount of money will ever replace what he took from her though, and you must understand im not trying to stick up for this evil fucker

    Yes

The VICTIMS will be looking to take him to civil courts & I am not sure they can.

However his wife is saying she will divorce him & she says she is willing to give the victims money.

It has nothing to do with financial loss, THAT IS WHY IT'S CALLED COMPENSATION. A monetary value set against what's happened to you by a judge.

    er how about no?

That means if your partner lent you a tenner you'd be getting paid for sex, the people who's lives this guy ruined would get compensation for his crime.

    Dictonary's defintion of rape:

The crime of forcing another person to submit to sex acts, especially sexual intercourse.
The act of seizing and carrying off by force; abduction.

    of prostitution:

The act or practice of engaging in sex acts for hire.

I think you'll find that they're two very different things you imbecile.

Very harsh, no need for it.
