don't worry some hard drives don't support auto detect. its not a major issue.
i can't see the pic, according to the detection your jumper is in the wrong place, its set to secondary master. take out the jumper altogether and...
did you have the hard drive the right way up when inserting the jumpers?
well its detected the hard drive it just needs to be pri master, and not secondary master.
have you got both hard drives connected now or just the one?
