Savaged on the field by the mighty Stevenage Boro.

Disgraced on the terraces by missle throwing fans.

Repusled the world of football with that africans horror tackle.

Welcome to the Circus Alan P.

We were shocking like, didnt even turn up. Hats off to the Stevenage players as they wanted it more

Didnt think Tiote's tackle was that bad in truth, think he played more of the ball than the man but it did look a bit rash

Proud day for North East football!

Tiote's card will get recinded on appeal.
We got beat away from home by a team who had a grudge and a lot to prove to NUFC

The makems got beat at home with a £20+ strike partnership. Not a great day for any ne team tbh. I'm even hearing rumours that a Stevenage fan punched one of their players. Classy.

I cant see this happening it was a dangerous challenge despite him playing the ball, I saw the player go down on tv but it was hard to make out what happened, mixed rumours about it. Sky sports put a story on there website saying the police were going to investigate it but then took it down before I could read it

Cant blame the forwards today, our midfielders didnt do there job of actually getting the ball into the final 3rd of the pitch lol, we are proper struggling to put a decent midfield out for the derby

Sky sports print more bollocks that the Sun these days man. I'll be absolutely gutted if tiote's our for the derby like, he's a vital piece of out midfield, luckily Nolan will be able to deputise to a lesser degree. One things for certain, with both teams form, injuies and suspensions, Sunday is going to be very interesting.

Tiote has to do the work of 2 players to compensate for Nolan, if he isn't available we're fucked. The only option is to play Barton centre mid and hope we sign Larsson or someone to play on the wing. Smith and Nolan is an absolute joke, I reckon I'd cover more ground in 90 mins than them both together

Nolan didnt do to bad at all against us last time, our two hard tackling midfielders in cattermole and meyler are injured so both teams are going to have weak midfields on paper.

As we know though form just goes out the window on derby days and anything can happen on the day.Roll on the 16th

Yeah Tiote gives Nolan the freedom to play his game, if Tiote aint playing then Nolan suddenly seems a lot less effective. We'll probably either play Smith or 4-5-1 with Jonas Guthrie Barton Routledge and Nolan behind the striker.
