We plan to make this a monthly event so if you can't make it this Saturday, get in touch if you want to be a seller or just know more about the one in October.
CocoV's website's a joke. It's been lke that for at least 4 years. They still whack it on all the flyers etc though
Apparently they're getting a new website sorted v.soon. As Chris says, when you come out of Central Station it's to your left, on the opposite side of the road, near the church. Right beside The Forth.
Disruptive Vinyl and Air Records will be holding a stall at the first DJ Record Fair this Saturday at Coco V. We'll have loads of bargain 12's, bulk deals plus all the latest releases, and a listening post so you can preview stuff first. So there'll be plenty of underground house, techno, electro, electronica, breaks, and a bit grime too. So come down, say hello, have a pint and grab some bargains. See you there If you don't know where coco v is here's a map - clicky
Cheers Chris. Confirmed sellers for the record fair tomorrow: Air Records Disruptive Vinyl Paul Lancaster (Fragile Recordings) Jame Smith James Collingburn Michael Walker
I won't be able to make this one due to working a one off sat, will definately make the next one though, I want to get back into buying records n that as it's been a while.
Thanks to everyone who came down to the Record Fair on Saturday. Was a bit of a slow start but ended up really good. :groovy: Was good crack between everyone, all the sellers made a bit of money, the bar was happy cos they sold a few more drinks and food and as well as selling records there was some good vinyl swapping going on too. Will let everyone know the date of the next one in October as soon as I sort it out in the next couple of days but think this is just going to get bigger and better. If anyone would like to sell some records at one of the future events email me at clubfragile@hotmail.com
Cheers for setting it up paul swapped some unwanted stuff and got some killer records in return. You can't go wrong with £2 pints on a saturday afternoon see you at the next one.
