Chicken & Cheese Pasta is one of my faves! Heres the ingredients and instructions:

    1/2 chopped onion
1 small - medium segent of garlic
2 medium - large boneless chicken breasts (chopped into bitesize square chunks).
1 tin of ''Bachelors'' condensed chicken soup.
    Grated Mozzerella Cheese.

First of all you need to fry the onion in some oil untill it turns transparent. Once thats done add the garlic straight into the mix (use a garlic crusher or finely chop it instead). Fry until you get a nice strong smell of the 2 flavours mixing together. Place the onions and garlic to the side of the pan then fry the chicken in some more oil untill it turns golden brown/cooked. Once thats done mix the lot together for a bit then add the chicken soup along with half a tin of water. Bring it all to the boil then let it simmer. As its simmering add the cheese and give it a stir, keep adding until your cheesy needs are satisfied. How long do you cook it for? Well what i usually do is have a pan of already boiling salty water ready seperately and when i add the soup into the mix i add 3 plates worth of Penne Rigate pasta to the water. Once the pasta is cooked (roughly 13 mins) your sauce will be too! Next drain your pasta and mix it around with the sauce. This serves 3 - and tastes mint!! :)

i knocked up some canny stuffed peppers the other week, i generally do cook alot of good stuff, but i find it alot less rewarding when you spend so long making such things, and its gone so quickly.

i like making chinese curry like - nothing's easier than frying loadsa stuff in a pan, whacking some Maysan on it and your done.

after about 3 attempts i got egg fried rice down to a T :D

i've always wanted a shot at making egg's benedict because i've never tried it - just seems like eggs and ham to me.

although with not having tried it, i can't really draw an accurate comparison since i dont think anywhere in south shields would ever think about serving it
