Ice Age 2 : Meltdown Watched this the other night and thought it was hilarious almost as good as the first if not funnier in parts. The storyline revolves around the same characters from number one but fixes onto Manny a bit more and emphasises on him being the last Woolly Mammoth and him being lonely. Meanwhile the Ice Age is going south and the valley everyone is in is under threat from being flooded as everything melts around so the gang has to get everyone to safety. As the first one during the journey between one side of the valley to the other they encounter more animals, dangers and other scenes which leave you laughing at the screen. The animation is second to no once again and the humour is just as good as the first. The best scenes for me where the ones with the squirrel thing chasing the acorn, had me in stitches at some points. My Rating 8/10
havnt seen this one yet! i luv films like this, might hav 2 see if my boyfriend will take me 2 see it!
Watched it the other night, didnt think it was overly impressive to be honest. Would be a decent comedown film though.
AHAHAHAH its for kids you fucking dilberts! no point deconstructing the meaning behind their unusual partnership and epic quest for selfworth and the meaning of life! it's cartoon animals falling over and shit!
