Dunno what to think .... granted he seems a good few service station sarnies short of a picnic, but if the man is supposedly innocent ... then he's had 8 years of his life taken from him under false pretences. Now we are back to square one..... Who killed her?
8 years inside would be hell and especially for something you didn't do!! He will get compensation but those 8 years will be with him for ever, apparently they take money out of your compen to cover costs of your cell and meals etc!! i wonder how much that'll be after 8 years??
He'll get a massive settlement. He'll also make a canny bit off the press. Its a long time to be locked up as you've said. Poor fucker.
