I'm sure I heard something about Kalkbrenner being in a film ages ago. Think it was on mnml.nl or something...
This is actually the best clubbing film ive seen. Its a serious take on clubbing culture and reflects the underground feel of Berlin's clubs brilliantly. Theres no stupid Human Traffic type cliches and doesnt glorify or directly criticise drug use in anyway. Paul Kalkbrenner is actually a very good actor too, convincing all round. It has some funny moments too but in the circumstances they happen in you feel you shouldnt really be laughing. I downloaded the subtitles off the internet but they were a bit dodgy because they were translated by a dutch bloke and werent the official ones. They were good enough though.
