Friday 1st August, Deep Site Recordings & The Faversham, Leeds will be hosts to a very special live/dj set from San Francisco house legend 'SUNSHINE JONES (Dubtribe Sound System,Cosmic Disco, King Street, Nite-Grooves, Treehouse Muzique). We are really excited to have him join us for one night during his European mini Tour of UK, Spain, Portugal, Holland, and Germany. Sunshine, largely known for being one half of the highly successful partnership 'Dubtribe Sound System' where they spent most of the 1990's touring live shows and knocking out a string of releases on their vinyl imprint "Imperial Dub', 'Equitoreal' became a massive hit amongst others. Dubtribe partnership ceased shortly after the turn of the century having released amazing albums 'Bryant Street' 1999 on Imperial dub followed by 'Baggage' on the great Defected. After a bit of time out, Sunshine came back releasing his first solo album 'Seven Tracks In Seven Days' on King Street Sounds' and from there he has been spreading his love performing live/Dj sets globally, releasing solo material and remixing for labels like Cosmic Disco, Nite Grooves, Kolour Recordings, Deep Class, Seamless, King Street, Pack up and dance and more!! He is currently back on the road with Dubtribe Sound System playing live as well as working on new DSS material as well as his own solo work so looks like a lot of ears are in for a treat!!! In addition we have a few Deep Site greats present and future joining us across 2 room, gonna be a cracker!!
