at the front without a doubt, you feel far more immersed in the performance being closer to the stage and surrounded by people who are really into it... the crowd tends to be more tepid the further back you go... the best experience ive ever had is being on the barrier for the headliners at glasto at night, turning round looking up the hill and seein 110,000 people crammed in behind me
my boss' band are playing head of steam in a few weeks, so im going to see them, and im eager to see Maximo park at Carling Academy
mosh pits are where all the lunatics go and jump around and head but each other alongto the music i fink quite a scary thought. is that not the oasis on a sat???
You obviously havent seen their new video? I suggest you do http://www.virginradio.co.uk/music/artists/coldplay/ The second half shows part of their recent tour, that will answer ur question
i doubt a coldplay concert will be mega mental so i would go near the front...i don't tend to as i faint when i get too hot! :
Everyone will be slashing their wrists or falling asleep at a coldplay concert, no chance of a mosh pit
