    HH took itself too seriourly and forgot what it was all about - going out and having fun! It went too hard and fast.

    I remember going to Sundissential a few years back and the place was jumping. It was all about the bounce. It started to get harder and faster and the fun went right out of it. :mad:

    tbh i listen back, the stuff was terribly produced but thats not what it was about, it was just a laugh, now the stuffs still crap but you'd think it was sampling roadworks

    HH didn't used to have any of the musical snobbery other genres have. I don't think it hid the fact that it was cheesy/corny! It was all about going out and having a laugh and taking itself too seriously has totally spoilt it.

    think i enjoyed the hard mix out of all of those mixes although the bounce one did bring back memories thought : )
