estate agents How shit is this, selling my house and supposed to have someone coming to view it at 12:30, they turned up at 11am while i was talking to my friend in the street with my pjs on and tunes on in the house!!! Had to tell them it was not convenient as the place needs tidying up. Rang estate agent only to be laughed at by, the little hussy fucker, on the other end of the phone. To which i replied, "i dont find it funny do you?" she didnt answer, just carried on laughing and said they will be back at 1pm. Is it just me or is that bad customer service :evil: :evil:

Bummer. Tbh if your selling a house you should just try and keep it tidy the whole time, rather than having a frantic clean-up just before each viewing (not wanting to sound too preachy)
Make sure you let the branch/area manager know about this and try and get some money knocked off their charges. If this happened the other way round, you'd never hear the end of it.
There's no way you'll get them to knock down he charges, i've tried haggling for all it's worth with all of mine and it didn't work. Plys it may have been a miscommunication problem between the two or something, it's even worse at mine they turn up whenever they like with about 10 of their family in toe, don't speak a word of english as you're showing them round so could be saying this is shit it skints of crap But we had a bidding war and went first to survey and the people who offered the most got there first, whoooohooooo
