    Nope, this is true! I have AOL, but I'm actually very happy with it!

    OK, so it has the AOL browser which is open as long as you're connected, but it's only idiots who can't figure out how to open IE (which will probably already be on their PC if they're using Windows, and if not then is easily downloaded!)...and then go to the settings to make IE the default internet browser.

    I use IE, but the AOL browser is always minimised when I'm online. It's SLIGHTLY annoying, but you get used to it quickly and stops bothering you in the end.

    I've had no problems with AOL, and their customer service is actually pretty good, when they phoned asking if I wanted to extend my contract I said I couldn't 'cos I was off to Uni so there'd be no point. The guy said "Oh wow, well good luck at Uni then mate, sorry for bothering you!"...what a nice chappy!
