    Its got more of a following than Beckham in China :eek:

    Load of shit i think personally - granted you may lose weight but you cant eat that forever - plus is makes ya breath stink :lol: :eek:

    I will know in future who is on this diet ;)

    I tried it a few months back and I lost a canny bit of weight but most of it has came back on now which is usually the case with the Atkins, its true that it makes your breath smell like shite too. I spend a fortune on chewing gum.
    I rather be fat than smelly!:)

    A while ago i cut carbs out my diet, i only lasted about a week like, but i did loose q bit of weight.

    I dont do diets now though cos i only last about 2 days, i just go to the gym instead.

    And how does the Atkins diet make ya breath smell??

    There's a woman at my place who is an easy 30 clem :eek:

    She eats cheese in the fucking brick form :(

    Yeah she has problems but surely she can sort them out some way, she simply doesnt help herself - if there's a fire and she is on the stairs she will get fucking kicked out the way off me as she is a hazard as it is !
