Welcome back once more to The Poeticast and we introduce another guest this week as Nurs drops in with a dark mix of electronica for Episode 191.

Nurs is a signed artist on the Hexx 9 label in NYC, which just released her six-track EP titled Schism.

The sound is post-industrial techno with spoken-word vocals. Dark Electronic Music. Nurs's unique vocals / lyrics are the key aspect that stands out.

Her voice has appeared on tracks from Instinkt Records in France.

Nurs is part of the Moscow-based Beryllium Project, which outputs a monthly compilation. In that capacity, Nurs has worked with Oxen Vex and Opteron. Opteron has also featured her vocals via the Industrial Techno United label.

Theres's a Chilean producer with an online following who uses different aliases: Mist Spectra, Humanfobia, Filmy Ghost and Yaka Anima. She maintains several of her own netlabels, such as Cian Orbe Netlabel. In March, she and Nurs produced Dark Confessions, a collab album, and have worked on other things.

Nurs has existed since Jan 2018. Nevs and NursxNurs are self-published releases.
