The Poeticast

The Poeticast returns this week and is honoured to arrive back in South America as multi talented Techno artist Kevin Villa lays down the Guest Mix for show #120.

Kevin Villa is a DJ / Producer born in the city of Pereira, Colombia. He ventured into electronic music in mid-2010, being influenced by the salient movements of their cultural environment, which were guided by sounds of Tech House and some more commercial nature. Later, starting in 2012, inspired by artists like Ben Klock, Chris Libieng, Speedy J, Xpansul, DVS1, Pfirter, Oscar Mulero, among others, was immersed in a process of internal search in order to find a sound that it commit what he really felt, and discovered something that freed and released every second, that essence that gives the public a true picture of Kevin Villa: Techno music. 

Currently works for the Spanish seal Xpansul where his productions have been well received internationally, supported by artists like Drumcell, Richie Hawtin, Slam, HD Substance, Ricardo Garduno, Alexi Delano, Pepe Arcade, Andre Ramos, Joseph Capriati, Markantonio Marco Carola. A few days ago a portal of electronic music known worldwide, as is ClubbingSpain, a note published in the latest EP Pereira, producer. Also, Kevin, is part of renowned technosis city of Pereira. 

Kevin Villa has shared the stage with artists like Xpansul, Markantonio, Pfirter.
